window side, afterThe room is painted Sherwin Williams Raindrop. The carpet squares arrived today, and still need to taped together, it makes the room so much warmer.
So far it has been a week and she has managed to keep it clean!!

Congratulations on that amazing progress! I know how quickly it can go from clean to messy and seem overwhelming...my kids see a clean room as an opportunity to make a mess!
Actually, the clean space encourages their creativity...we've been trying to do a quick pick-up before story-time each night, and everyone seems much happier and more positive about putting things away. I set a timer and everyone works together. It holds us over from the deep clean a bit, and keeps me from feeling so overwhelmed by the chaos they can create....not that we are perfect...just trying to implement some routines (i have much room to improve, but every little bit helps)
thanks! it has been great. it is still very easy for her to clean that she is really upset if it gets messy. makes me a very happy mom!
